Job Description


HR Systems – Looking for a new opportunity?  Our client is looking to add an analyst to their HRIS team.  You’ ll have the opportunity to define process and business requirements into specifications to configure, maintain and support HR systems and reporting.  Your role will include configuration, testing and deployment of new system modules.  You’ ll become the SME for HR and Payroll processes and system configuration.  You’ ll support solution delivery, working with process owners to understand, document, design, test and implement solutions.  Our client is implementing Lawson Infor, but open to other integrated HRIS systems.   

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Degree in HR, CS or business 

  • 2+ years of experience supporting HR and payroll applications  with strong functional knowledge 

  • Experience with a  large-scale  ERP, Lawson/Infor, including configuration, maintenance, testing and support. 

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data reporting 

  • Solid MS Office and Excel skills, to include pivot tables,  vlook  up etc. 

 

 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • HR Certification 

  • Project Management
