Job Description
Required Skills • 7 + years of experience with a consulting company or in an internal consulting role (e.g., analyst, project manager) participating in large scale, complex technology projects that are specific to ERP, digital transformation, business transformation, data migration, analytics, etc. • Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with process industries is a plus. An interest in process industries is preferred; food & beverage, and experience in consumer package goods, retail, wholesale distribution would be a bonus. • Industry experience with business process improvement and functional expertise in a process domain (e.g., financial planning and analysis, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to produce, etc.) Skills: Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with business and IT partners of all levels; sensitivity and understanding required for successful cultural relations.
