- Experience managing technical teams, including Sales Force CRM or Service Now
- Experience in managing end to end operations
- Experience working with MSPs
- Experience in driving innovative solutions to drive efficiencies and support business growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills for managing change or disputes with vendors
- Salesforce certification
- ServiceNow certification
- Experience with call centers
- Experience working with marketing
- Exposure to SharePoint
- Healthcare experience
