Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Senior Analyst to support our UKG workforce management system, to include timekeeping and scheduling.  You will identify and analyze, interpret, and document requirements for complex business problems and recommend comprehensive technology and highlight any data gaps during the initial implementation phase of the project.  You will participate and leads requirements analysis sessions. Develop design specifications for reports, application configuration and make business process design recommendations. Participate and lead process workflow sessions and develop workflow maps and perform quality review on team members’ design artifacts. Investigate user problems and needs, perform troubleshooting and problem solving.  Analyze user project proposals to include identifying potential problem areas and recommends optimum approaches for project path and effort for the implementation of solutions. As the SME for UKG, you will manage UKG release process including reviewing new features/functionality through testing of cyclical releases and lead system, integration, regression testing.  Provide training for end users on the system.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5 years of business analysis and/or application support experience.         
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions configuration and reporting tools.   
  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare delivery setting and a working knowledge of scheduling practices for the organization.
  • Experience evaluating and interpreting end user requirements, in order to developing appropriate systems and/or applications solutions. 
  • Experience recording, tracking, corresponding, and documenting resolution of user problems 
  • Experience developing technical documentation for training, software/hardware use, user procedures, and as-required project deliverables. 
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance
